US Sends Ceasefire Proposal
US Special Envoy Steven Witkoff reportedly delivered the ceasefire plan to Hamas. The proposal promises US support to end Israel’s military operations if Hamas releases all hostages immediately. Israel would release up to 3,000 Palestinian prisoners in exchange.

Gaza currently holds 48 hostages, though only about 20 are believed alive. Trump previously issued a similar warning in March. His latest message ramps up public pressure on Hamas to respond to a deal Washington says could finally end the conflict.
