The iconic Delano Miami Beach has officially reopened after a major redesign, marking a new chapter for one of South Beach’s most recognized luxury hotels. The relaunch combines restored historic design with new dining and lifestyle concepts aimed at modern travelers and residents.
The property, located in the heart of Miami Beach, has been reimagined while carefully preserving its original Art Deco identity. Developers focused on restoring key architectural features such as the building’s exterior facade and terrazzo flooring, keeping its historic character intact while upgrading its overall guest experience.
The hotel reopening is led by Ennismore, which has expanded the Delano brand internationally with upcoming properties in New York and London. The Miami Beach location is now positioned as a flagship property in this renewed global strategy.
A major highlight of the reopening is the U.S. debut of Paris Society, a global dining and lifestyle operator with headquarters in Dubai and Paris. The group has introduced two signature restaurant concepts inside the hotel, marking its first expansion into the American market.
Among the new dining experiences are Mimi Kakushi and Gigi Rigolatto, both known for their high-end hospitality and design-focused dining environments. These venues are expected to become central attractions for both hotel guests and local visitors, blending luxury dining with Miami Beach’s social scene.
The hotel has also introduced a new wellness concept called The Source by Delano. This space is designed as a holistic spa and wellness destination that focuses on relaxation, health, and social connection. It aims to serve both travelers and Miami residents looking for a modern wellness experience.
In addition to wellness offerings, the property will also feature a private members’ club. This exclusive space is designed to bring together cultural figures, creatives, and global travelers. It will host curated events and private gatherings, strengthening the hotel’s role as a social hub in the city.
One of the most recognizable features of the hotel, the Delano Pool, has also been fully restored. It remains a central part of the property’s outdoor design and now serves as the focal point for the Gigi Rigolatto dining experience. The pool area continues to be a signature visual and social space within the hotel.
The property includes 171 guestrooms and suites, designed with a focus on natural light, ocean views, and minimalist luxury. Interiors feature soft color tones, curved design elements, and large windows that emphasize the surrounding coastal environment.
Guests can choose from standard rooms, poolside bungalows, and luxury penthouses. The poolside bungalows offer two-level living spaces, combining entertainment areas with private upper-level residential-style rooms.
The hotel’s penthouse suites occupy the 14th floor and include both ocean view and city view options. Each penthouse features multiple king beds, private terraces, kitchens, and dining areas designed for private gatherings and high-end events.
The city view penthouse also includes a private bar on its terrace. Both penthouses can be combined into a full-floor seven-bedroom layout, offering one of the most exclusive accommodation options in the hotel.
With its combination of restored architecture, luxury hospitality, and new international dining concepts, Delano Miami Beach is positioning itself as a key destination in the global luxury travel and lifestyle market.
